The game itself is very good and full of features. Unfortunately, the administration is terrible and every time a normal player (read that he doesn't buy dark matter) gets an advantage in the game the rules change in the middle of the game to make it easier for paying players.

It cannot be pointed out that the administrator is offended. In general, posts are not answered. There are so many bugs that you can't even tell if something is a bug or a characteristic of a specific universe. And if you mistake a bug for a feature of the universe, it's your fault and not the lack of information.

And there's no point trying to explain what happened or your difficulty by email. The contact email will NEVER answer you. If in their interest they solve the problem, otherwise the problem is yours.

There is no help and the support does not explain what we ask.
